Hi. I’m Andy. I'm a stand-up comedian and comedy writer. I've been a performer and writer for television for the past twelve years; appearing on my own Comedy Central Half Hour, Conan, and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. In that time, I've been fortunate enough to have written for some really great television shows, internet series, and as a creative consultant. I'd love to do that for you.

Content!!!

The Champions

Conceived, wrote, and produced the original cartoon, The Champions for Bleacher Report. The show took the world of Champions League soccer and put it in a faux-reality television world. It was very popular, with almost 100 million views across all platforms so far.

Hot Takes

I was tasked with writing a serialized version of Brandon Wardell’s social media feed for Comedy Central's Snapchat and other digital platforms. We covered everything from the election to casual sex, Spencer Pratt showed up. It was CC's most popular Snapchat programming, and did well on their other platforms as well.

Ground Floor

I wrote for both seasons of Ground Floor as a staff writer, and this bit was probably my favorite thing I've written for a TV show. The part near the end where Rory Scovel reenacts the opening of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory specifically.

This was a marketing video I wrote and produced to launch our second season at Ground Floor. John C. McGinley is terrifying. Here is a copy of the script.

After Sheldon

Kind of a labor of love, After Sheldon was born from a stupid tweet: "what if Young Sheldon had an after show?" A hellscape combining the saccharin banter of Talking Dead, and the insanity of the Eric Andre show, it was a project that I had a lot of fun making, cause I really got the chance to be in control of everything, and it was also my first chance to host something. SO this is all mine, from conception to execution. It's a disaster.

Around the World in Andy Haynes

Ridiculousness

I've written funny banter for Ridiculousness since 2012. We sprinkle it in throughout the show, and after 100 episiodes, I can't remember my favorite moment, other then when Chanel Westcoast tried to fight Charlemagne tha God, but I didn't write that.

A Message for America

This is a piece I wrote and produced, and I'm glad it convinced America to not elect our current President.

True Barista

Cary Fukunaga said this was his favorite True Detective parody, so I don't really care what you think.
