At Immigration Question I served as the Lead Content Strategist while overseeing all copy. This entailed pivoting their entire social agenda from B2B to B2C. I lead with socials, but a lot of our clientele was international and used a lot of different platforms that were non-native to US markets, so we focused on newsletter, emails, and blogs, leaning into SEO to bring people to the page and eventually sign up for the service. In a small amount of time I was able to multiply their following by 300% and increase engagement similarly. Beyond the newsletters and blog, I redid the copy on their website, crafted press releases, ideated and created content from front facing verticals to carousel listicles all through CRM.
